I came to yoga after a really hard breakup. I wanted to try another way to cope with things and I was introduced to Hot House and have been hooked after the first class. A lot of hard edges have been softened in that room in the Norfolk studio.

Warrior 2 is my favorite pose right now. When fully integrated, I love the strength and balance building this pose offers.
Slips Away – The Human Experience
The biggest takeaway for me in practice and the process of yoga is that there is so much information in the pause. It has truly taught me to slow down in every aspect of my life, allowing me to better navigate this existence and its challenges in a more skillful manner.
